ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only accept returns for exchange in the case of damaged or defective items.


EXCHANGES

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@shopchozen.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

  3. Send the item(s) back in unused condition with all tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your approval status. If approved, your replacement will ship out promptly.

PLEASE NOTE ⚠️ Exchanges are only honored for the same item in the same style/size (pending availability). Items showing signs of wear or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted.


SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns valued over $75.

Do not return any items without first contacting us at info@shopchozen.com.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Chozen Few Kickz is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. We’ll provide tracking and carrier details so you can follow up with your local courier.
